Mere days after David Duchovny announced his split from wife Tea Leoni - following completion of rehab for sex addiction - the U.K. Daily Mail reports that the former X-Files star had an affair with his 28-year-old tennis instructor, Edit Parkay.

David Duchovny has checked out of a rehabilitation center for sex addiction, his lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein, told People magazine.
"David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie," Stein told People. "He successfully completed his treatment."
